color: initial;\">Notice of Adoption of Resolution Subject to Permissive Referendum<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block3\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<div id=\"viewer-vx095318\" class=\"hkh1Y xGHkc rRHk4 IS0gH\" dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"color: initial; font-size: revert;\">NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of March, 2025, the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block5\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Whereas, it was moved by Councilwoman Stevens, seconded by Councilman Davis and carried,<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block6\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block6\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Resolution No. 56:<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block7\"><span style=\"color: initial; font-size: revert;\">WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland has established a Reserve Fund known as the \u201cParks Reserve Fund,\u201d and<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block9\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland intends to make park improvements at Freeman Park,<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block10\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, subject to permissive referendum, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to withdraw a sum not to exceed $24,000 from the \u201cParks Reserve Fund\u201d for the proposed Freeman Park Masterplan services<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block11\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">(project <\/span><a class=\"tLXjB\" style=\"font-size: revert;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.townofwheatland.org\/blog-master\/hashtags\/P2500247\" target=\"__blank\">#P2500247<\/a><span style=\"font-size: revert;
