The Planning Board of the Town of Wheatland, pursuant to Sections 116-1, 116-22 and 130-22.F. of the Code of the Town of Wheatland, will hold a<\/span> Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Wheatland Municipal Building, Scottsville, NY<\/strong> to consider the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

The application of Anthony & Frank Chirico to seek <\/span>approval for a two (2) lot subdivision and Residential Site Plan review<\/strong>. The property is located at 0 Oatka Creek Rd, Mumford, NY 14511 and is in an AR-2 and F-1 Zoning district. The Tax I.D. # is 208.01-1-2.2.<\/span><\/p>\n
