Notice of Adoption of Resolution Subject to Permissive Referendum<\/p>\n
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of May 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.<\/p>\n
Whereas, it was moved by Supervisor Kirch, seconded by Councilman Call and carried,<\/p>\n
Resolution No. 73 :<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland has established a Reserve Fund known as the \u201cBuilding Repair Reserve,\u201d and<\/p>\n
WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland intends to make repairs and improvements to the Donnelly House,<\/p>\n
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, subject to permissive referendum, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to withdraw a sum of $53,969.36 from the \u201cBuilding Repair Reserve\u201d and apply it to the repairs and improvements.<\/p>\n
