The WIIA grant application was submitted by the due date of 7\/27\/2026.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block5\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p id=\"viewer-p94yy9\" class=\"quFrX lqD6C s0dZt t5MrV\" dir=\"auto\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"_0nrb0\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">As explained in the public hearing, the cost presented is predicated on receiving the WIIA grant and the USDA Rural Development Grant monies.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-hook=\"rcv-block7\"><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">If the grant monies are not awarded as planned, the project <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: revert;\">does not<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: revert;\"> simply move forward.
