\n<\/span><\/u><\/em><\/strong>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of May, 2017, the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which <\/span>resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York. Whereas, it was moved by Councilwoman Wasson, seconded by Councilman Mullin and unanimously carried, <\/span><\/p>\n

Resolution No. 73 :
\n<\/span>WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland has established a Reserve Fund known as the “Equipment Capital Reserve,” and <\/span>WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland intends to purchase a new Caterpillar M318F excavator for the Town Highway Department. <\/span>NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, subject to permissive referendum, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to withdraw the sum of $235,409 from the “Equipment Capital Reserve” and apply it to the purchase of said Caterpillar Excavator.<\/span><\/p>\n
