1.
Approval to hire Melanie Baldeck as PT-Court Clerk-Step 1 at a rate of $20.10/hour, not to exceed 12 hours per week, effective immediately.
2.
Approval for Judge Bayly, Judge Smith and Cathy Ripton-Davis to attend the Joint Clerk’s and Magistrates Conference from September 27-30, 2026. Cost $3469.00.
3.
Approval to spend $400 on stump removal at the Warren Cemetery with Birchcrest Tree and Landscape, invoice #9109.
4.
Authorize the Supervisor to sign the Bus Lease Agreement with Wheatland-Chili Central School District.
5.
Accept a donation to the Wheatland Senior Center from the Scottsville Lions Club.

Hire the following Recreation Assistants-Step 1 at a rate of $18.26 per hour, effective June 12, 2026: Sawyer Galajda, Noel Crowley, Whitney Thrush, Reegan Alquist, Addison Nelson, Logan Lipinski and John Nivens.

Approval of a step increase from Recreation Assistant-Step 1 at a rate of $18.26 per hour to Recreation Assistant-Step 2 at a rate of $18.75 per hour for Camryn Limner, Alison Farrell, Josh Gebhardt, Lilah Rocha, Torrance Bansbach, Megan Fraser, Madeline LaVair, Julia Lynch, Payton Pope, Madison Pope and Madison Jarrett, effective June 12, 2026.
