The Planning Board of the Town of Wheatland, pursuant to Section 130-60.B. of the Code of the Town of Wheatland, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street, Scottsville, NY to consider the following:

The application of Michael Van Arsdale of LaBella Associates as agent for Rochester Gas & Electric to seek construction of a new public utility structure, facility (Natural Gas Regulator Station), interconnecting two existing high pressure mains. The property address is 644 Wheatland Center Road located in an AR-2 zoning district. The Tax ID# is 185.04-1-4.12.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WHEATLAND SCOTTSVILLE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT TO EXPEND IN FISCAL YEARS 2022, 2023 AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER, THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $ 150,000.00 IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT AUTHORIZED BY TOWN LAW §176(18) TO BE EXPENDED ANNUALLY BY THE WHEATLAND SCOTTSVILLE JOINT FIRE DISTRICT (Spanish version).

The Town of Wheatland has a part time opportunity to serve as a court clerk to the Wheatland Town Justice. The interview and decision to hire is made by the Judge with the Town Board setting salary. LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WHEATLAND
Notice of Adoption of Resolution Subject to Permissive Referendum

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 17th of November 2022, the Town Board of the Town of Wheatland duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of the Town Law of the State of New York.

Whereas, it was moved by Councilman Hazelton, seconded by Councilman Davis and unanimously carried,

Resolution No. 145:

WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland has established a Reserve Fund known as the “Equipment Capital Reserve,” and

WHEREAS, the Town of Wheatland intends to purchase a new 2023 Caterpillar 420 XE Backhoe for the Town Highway Department,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, subject to permissive referendum, the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to withdraw the sum of $64,650 from the “Equipment Capital Reserve” and apply it to the purchase of said new highway 2023 Caterpillar 420 XE Backhoe.
